My parents still use an inherited mixer from the mid 50s, though it is red, and I would not recommend it. The the newer one always breaks so back to old reliable. Slow, but gets the job done every time.
Also, there is some teal here, as my own contribution from classic Americana.

And I'd be perfectly happy with any one of those today. For some reason, the vintage metal cabinets look more modern to me than most of what's being installed now, like a galley on an orbiting space station or something.
